Lors de la manifestation \u00ab Ma Parole ! \u00bb au Centre Culturel Jacques Tati en d\u00e9cembre 2011, Rosita et moi avons crois\u00e9 Sandrine Buot. Elle nous a parl\u00e9 d\u2019un travail de penseur, et nous a expliqu\u00e9 que le Cardan allait recruter pour des contrats CUI des personnes au RSA. Ensuite, Sandrine et Jean-Christophe m\u2019ont propos\u00e9 un entretien dans le cadre d\u2019un Contrat Unique d\u2019Insertion de 6 mois. C\u2019\u00e9tait mon premier entretien. Au d\u00e9but du contrat, ils nous ont expliqu\u00e9 que nous allions devoir r\u00e9- fl\u00e9chir sur des th\u00e8me bien pr\u00e9cis. Nous \u00e9tions 3 groupes (\u00e0 Abbeville, \u00e0 Moreuil et \u00e0 Rue), chaque groupe devait choisir sur quel th\u00e8me il voulait r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir : nous avons choisi de travailler l\u2019offre culturelle par l\u2019emploi. Nous nous demandions comment nous allions pouvoir penser alors que la plupart d\u2019entre nous n\u2019avaient jamais travaill\u00e9.
